If you have an e-mail application capable of multiple accounts, just create a new account for your domain mail (or alter the one you already have). Enter your username and password. Your username is your email address. Use "mail.yourdomain.com" for both incoming and outgoing mail servers. Once you have entered these basic settings, you will need to access the properties settings for the account and check "My server requires authentication" in the Outgoing Mail Server section, and click on the settings tab.
